The Las Vegas Celtic Society, its Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and its legion of volunteers, welcome you to the Las Vegas Celtic Gathering and Highland Games for 2006.

Come join our celebration and let yourself be touched by the Celtic spirit! Enjoy the rich traditions of Highland Dance, Drumming and Piping, and Heavy athletic events. Let our world class entertainment fill your head with wonderful tunes. Visit our Vendors for a wide variety of unique products. Bring you family and friends and join us for some great fun.

Our vision is an annual event that you will be proud to make a family tradition. We have made every effort to include something for everyone. The overwhelming support we have received for our endeavor, has truly warmed the heart of everyone who has worked so tirelessly to make this event happen. 2006 Highlights

The Games

Join us from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 8 - 9, 2006, at Floyd Lamb State Park. Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Ticket prices for 2006 are:

Join us for the Opening Ceremonies at noon on Saturday.

Support the Games by purchasing a Program with a complete schedule of activities. The Programs are available at the gate.

Whisky Seminars and Tasting's

Premium single malt Scotch whiskies from Glenfiddich and Balvenie Distilleries will be served in several seminars and tasting's at this year's Games. Glenfiddich is the world's favorite single malt, and has won more medals and accolades than any other brand. At the seminars, guests will learn interesting facts about whisky, and have the opportunity to taste selections from both distilleries. Seminars and tasting's will be held at the Glenfiddich tent at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM each day.

Las Vegas Style Ceilidh

Everyone is welcome to attend our Las Vegas Style Ceilidh! Join us at the Fremont Street Experience, downtown in the heart of Las Vegas, for an evening of music, merriment & mirth. It's free, open to the public, and starts at 8:00 PM.

Special performances by the L.A. Scots, Alex Beaton, and the Wicked Tinkers between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Enjoy the Massed Pipe Bands march starting at 8:30 PM at Main Street and Fremont. Join the L.A. Scots and Finnegan's Wake for a night of Celtic music and Kitchen Piping at Hennessey's Pub.
